Kaplan Professional is a major player in Australian professional education — particularly in the financial services sector. They train over 45,000 professionals every year, including teams from Australia’s top banks and financial institutions.

But with three disconnected sites, an ageing UX, and thousands of content pages across the ecosystem, their digital presence wasn’t keeping pace with the scale or standards of their audience.
